Fiberglass laminator

We are looking for a skilled Fiberglass Laminator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fabrication and repair of fiberglass products. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Cut, shape, and form fiberglass materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

Laminate fiberglass layers to build strong and durable products

Trim, grind, sand and finish components as required

Prepare molds for lamination by cleaning, waxing and coating with gelcoat or resin

Repair existing products using patching techniques

Follow safety guidelines when handling hazardous materials such as resins and solvents

Maintain a clean working environment

المهارات

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fiberglass lamination or similar roles

Ability to read blueprints and drawings

Knowledge of safety processes and procedures

Quality control skills
