IFFCO Group Sales & Distribution division is hiring Area Development Managers - GT (Dry) for AUH/Alain region, interested to grow their careers with one of the most reputed organization in Gulf.
Job Summary:
Management of the sales and distribution activities of Dry category in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain for General Trade (LG/SG) function. This includes all related business activities relating to; manpower structure, products, customers.
Basic responsibilities:
• To achieve sales targets for the area specified
• Leadership of the sales team
• Responsible to the profitability of the assigned area
• Accountable to the collection and receivables
• To achieve distribution targets by channel and category
• Accountable to the allocated marketing budget
• Setting monthly targets to sales team in area
• Customer serviceability
KPI’s:
• Volume and Value target achievement & collection targets within timeline.
• Service targets being exceeded.
• Correct product distribution in outlets under supervision.
• Achieving operational benchmark standards.
• Development of personnel
• TMI management
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
• MBA Preferable
Work Experience:
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Sales role in the assigned market.
• 5 years’ experience in managing the GT channels for FMCG industry, preferably dealing with food products sales
