Hiring for a leading logistics company in Middle East region.

To achieve the profitability targets, manage the performance of the P&L;across the country.

Implement strategies and enhancements to processes that will both increase productivity and reduce expenses.

To support the strategic growth of the business, form partnerships and business relationships with important organizations.

Keep an eye on important metrics related to the day-to-day operation of the business and push for continual improvement.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as external partners, department heads, and industry leaders.

Enhance productivity and efficiency through process enhancements and market trend analysis.

Excellent communication abilities

Capable of motivating and inspiring the team.

Excellent management abilities and confidence in leading a large and diverse team.

Possesses an analytical mindset for gathering important team insights.

Must have a leadership mindset that takes responsibility for the operations’ risks and rewards.

Necessities

10+ years of experience in logistics industry

Should be know all about neighborhood transportation regulations and customs.
