Bachelor in architecture .

experience in specifications of not less than 7 years .

understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.

Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility.

Complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.

Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
