About the Client:
A leading oil and gas company in UAE
Job Description:
Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and other building systems.
Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
Develops the schedules and work of maintenance staff
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects
Supervise up to 5 Maintenance Staff
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to India and Nepal nationals
Male
At least 10 years supervisory role in HVAC, building maintenance, or constructions in the UAE
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
