Cisco Voice Engineer
• Configuration and administration of Contact Center Including IVR scripting.
• Well-versed with Unified CCX Reporting.
• Administration and troubleshooting of Cisco Expressways for 828 and Video lnterop.
• Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting of CMS, TMS, and TMSXE.
• Configuration and administration of Microsoft Teams Voice Direct Routing.
• Knowledge and Experience in managing & troubleshooting of session border controllers (Ribbon).
• Administration of Cisco WebEx cloud-based SaaS.
• Managing and troubleshooting of Virtual Machines.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting SIP based Video Conferencing Endpoints such as IXSOOO, Cisco WebEx Room Kits, MX, and SX etc.
• Hands-on experience of Third-party Billing Server such as magical.
• Configuring and troubleshooting of Analog devices such as ATA.
