eMagine Solutions is currently looking for a Business Development Manager who has knowledge and exposure in the UAE market within the Interiors Fit-Out Industry.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate new business and engage with business partners within the interior fit-out industry.
What you will do:
Generating sales, selling and negotiating prices, preparing contracts, and closing deals.
Maintaining relationships and following up on existing clients.
Identifying, meeting, and concluding new business deals.
Developing a client database with up-to-date information on market trends and competitors.
Developing and nurturing relationships with all potential Consultants, Customers, and agencies.
Ensuring that release orders are communicated as scheduled to coordinators.
Helping the accounting department to follow up on payments due to the company.
Submitting weekly reports including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals, and visits.

Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies
Should be a confident, energetic, and goal-oriented individual.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of the English language (oral and written).
Knowledge of the UAE market.
Leadership skills.
Critical thinking.
Project management coordination.
Computer skills / good presentation skills.
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in the field of sales and business development in the UAE especially in interior fit out.
At least 3 years’ experience in Interior Fit Out.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture / Interior Design is an advantage.
Driving License is a must.
Commercial and residential project experience.
