Hiring Service Development/Organization Development/Strategy Specialist
• With experience working in consulting companies such as PWC, EY, Delloite, KPMG, etc
• With at least 5yrs working experience in the same field
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Willing to work for a government entity in Abu Dhabi UAE
Responsibilities:
• Provide details about the targeted service, delivery models for each service, and identify services nominated for privatization based on the scope of the COMPANY’s work, challenges and opportunities.
• Detail a comprehensive privatization roadmap and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of services to the private sector with an appropriate change management process.
• Knowledge in the design and development models of government services in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in addition to the implementation of integrated customer journey projects
