Al Suweidi Engineering Consultants Bureau L.L.C. is looking to hire for a Senior Architect for our head office in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
• Review project’s concept design and provide suggestions and recommendations, if any.
• Develop the concept design and prepare detail design drawings and Tender Document.
• Prepare Architectural permitting drawings, and assure full compliance with all Authorities’ requirements and regulations and international codes and standards.
• Coordinate with all disciplines at all stages to avoid any conflict during project’s execution.
• Study, analyze and provide technical solutions for design problems.
Qualification:
• Architectural Degree with minimum experience of 10-15 years in Consultancy offices in UAE.
• Rich experience in UAE authorities requirements and International codes and standards.
• Rich Experience in developing detailed design and tender documents including interdisciplinary coordination and quality control to deliver projects on time.
• Good Experience in Revit & AutoCAD Software.
• Arabic Speaker.
