UAE National/ Emirati - Customer Support Executive| Electronics
Overview of the role:
Attend the customers at the reception and receive the units with no error/mistakes on the notification.
Manage customer incoming calls and update the repair status
Follow up with customer for estimate approval
Customer complaints very minimal – based on the target
Customer incoming calls to be attended within min rings based on the target
CSI based on the target
Customer waiting time – minimal based on the target
Customer orientation
Speed of attending to customers
Accuracy of data entry
System process knowledge and communication
Update repair status in SAP
Co-ordinate with stores for parts / units
Responsible for SAP Billing / invoicing
Filing of relevant documents.
Co-ordinate with Drivers for the committed deliveries
MIS reports

What equips you for the role:
High School or Bachelor Degree
5-6 years’ experience working as customer support
Retail background preferred
Excel and computer literate
Thinking and Analytical Skills.

Excellent relationship skills
