Revenue Cycle Manager reporting to the CEO
Urgent hiring for a reputable medical facility in Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
• Managing patient billing and insurance claims for a medical facility.
• Generate reports, analyze data, identify lost revenue, collect payments, and implement revenue cycle management (RCM) and create strategies to minimize losses.
Requirements:
• 3-5 or above Years’ experience of Managerial Experience (Must)
• Master’s Degree in Finance or Commercial / Business related field
• UAE Experience is a must, preferably with experience in processing Abu Dhabi based medical insurance policies
• Must have knowledge of ICD-9/10 and CPT Coding Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical software.
• Sound knowledge and experience of healthcare billing
• Experience with revenue cycle monitoring and reporting for a medical practice or a billing company, handling billing for a group practice.
• Deep understanding of medical coding, billing processes and associated terminology, and regulations around reimbursement and compliance
• Job-Type: Full time
