الوصف الوظيفي Regional Sales Manager Pakistan *The Big Picture * Howden is a global engineering business providing clients with industrial products that help multiple sectors improve their everyday processes. As a Howden Regional Sales Manager, based in Pakistan, you need to develop, maintain, grow and proactively manage effective customer relationships by maximizing the interaction mainly through face-to-face meetings with customer. You will consistently deliver profitable growth by providing our customers with valued solution by working with the Howden wider organization (the corresponding AFM centers, New Build, Marketing, and the product group) as well as with agents and distributors. Aligned with Howden strategy, you will grow Howden business in Pakistan for all sectors.. * Reporting to Howden Middle East (HME) Sales Director, take ownership to grow HME aftermarket in Pakistan in line with Howden strategy. This includes developing relevant business and sales plan in line with Howden strategic initiatives (DDA-Digital solution, LTSA, cross selling and upselling), budgets, product and market forecast, supporting key customers and developing new ones. * Establish, maintain and manage business relationships with end users, customers, EPC’s, Howden Agents and trading houses in the corresponding territory/market so that the Howden brand is recognised. * Build close & strong relationship with customers in all sectors and achieve increased Leads & business growth, identify new repair or refurbishment opportunities & Increase leads for repair and overhaul of Howden Installed base. * Provide Howden Middle East/EMENA Sales/Marketing organization with insight into customer/market opportunities, data, competitive intelligence and trends (VOC/VOM). * Prepare and coordinate the sales and growth plan for his territory/product/Market by reviewing, analysing and reporting the Howden and non-Howden Installed Base, Business potential, Competitors Analysis, local Howden SWOT analysis, and provide input for territory/market strategy and action plans. * Liaise with Product/Regional Units Sales and update opportunity status in CRM. * Set relative targets and objectives to corresponding agents and distributors in line with Howden business and sales plan. * 5 years of relevant business background including sales, marketing, product management, engineering, product development and/or field service. * A strong commercial mind-set and experience within technical sales, service and aftermarket initiatives. * Proven history of sales results, successful problem solving and the generation of new opportunities. * Degree in a relevant field (i.e. Mechanical Engineering). + Market & customer knowledge in Pakistan. + Ability to build & Maintain Strong relationship with key decision makers with customer for responsible territory/Market. + Proactive hands-on attitude combined with customer-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility + Good listener and effective enquirer. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Demonstrates sound moral and ethical principles. Honesty and trustworthy are key values. + Wants to win a contract every time when meeting a customer. Consistent prospecting self-motivated with a high energy level.
