Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote existing solutions awareness while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and trust * Advise on the best strategy to retain long-term client relationships by understanding the client strategy and business needs and their growth vision * Validate the company’s strategic priorities with regards to the objective of maintaining and strengthening positioning within key accounts, ensuring the maximum number of our service offerings are pushed to the client * Contribute to increase of the usage of our products by existing clients and ensure a maximum of services are pushed to existing and new customers * Regularly liaise with key client stakeholders to ensure client advocacy and satisfaction on delivered service * Ensure adherence to expected performance levels, and proactively identify new requirements, become the real Advisor to the account and connect at C level to ensure maximum success * Contribute to the company’s profitability by managing account profitability and performance targets by identification of opportunities for Sales and associated team * Act as a trusted advisor and continuously grow customer accounts across all targeted companies * Able to support the client in their Digital Transformation journey by becoming their partner * Seek to Win and close key and large Digital Transformation projects within the account, while achieving significant overall growth in the account * Recommend the budget, and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon. * Design short and long-range growth strategies and prepares execution plans to achieve targets. * Design ecosystem for our customers and ensure our products are pushed on priority * Continuous service improvement plan and improvement roadmap to ensure tactical and strategic improvements are identified, delivered and aligned to the strategic business and customer outcomes * Monitor customer NPS, generate customer insights and develop strategies to promote customer advocacy * Assists vertical leads in identifying areas that require a change to adapt to new technologies or evolving business requirements * Monitor and synthesize market research relative to our clients as well as industry best practices and emerging solutions that can be applied to our client’s business * Provide coaching to employees and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of Partnership * Track individual KPIs to ensure optimum output and delivery efficacy * Motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment. * Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers. * Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs to meet Injazat’s and the departmental requirements, policies and standards. * Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Social Science or Business, or equivalent experience * 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Vendor Management / Partner relationship management role * Extensive experience within related advisory services, management/technology consulting * ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred * Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Management or client experience executive role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment.
