Day to Day Operations
Strategy /Tactical
* Design and measure short and long-range growth strategies and prepares execution plans to achieve targets * Design product ecosystem for our customers & Go to market strategy and ensure our products are pushed on priority
Operational Excellence
* Drive Digital Transformation strategy for all our targeted customers * Monitor and synthesize market research relative to our clients as well as industry best practices and emerging solutions that can be applied to our client’s business * Manage Customer journey throughout their Digital Transformation
Budgets and Plans
* Recommend the budget, and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon.
People Development
* Provide coaching to employees and peers to drive knowledge and understanding of the value of Partnerships
Continuous Improvement
* Motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practices and changes in the competitive environment.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
* Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
MIS & Reports
* Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs to meet Injazat’s and the departmental requirements, policies and standards.
Related Assignments
* Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Social Science or Business, or equivalent experience * 15+ years of relevant professional experience in Vendor Management / Partner relationship management role * Extensive experience within related advisory services, management/technology consulting * ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred
Minimum Experience:
* 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Management or client experience executive role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment.
Job-Specific Skills:
* Bi-lingual (English/Arabic) * Understanding of partnership processes & industry best practices * Strong stakeholder management skills * Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills * Extensive work experience in managing vendors & partners relationships * Ability to interact and create value from Partnerships across all functions * Experienced with financial management, working closely with vendors and working
