If so, apply for this job! What do we expect from you? Working closely with the department leader, and in coordination with other local departments, you will support in ensuring the quality of the boutiques’ network, control its maintenance and implementation of new projects with respect to Maison’s objectives, budget, and set deadlines. You will roll out boutique projects and will be in charge of the boutique environment (360 vision), will build new projects brief including positioning, architectural characteristics, zoning, merchandising orientation as well as back-office and security orientation, in coordination with the Store Design and Planning Manager. You will deliver new openings, renovations, and temporary projects: architectural supervision, quality control, budget control, and final settlement, and manage all stakeholders in the process to maintain brand policies and procedures. As a part of the role, you will ensure that retro-planning is respected, tracking project deadlines and budget according to the brief and guidelines, and will manage proactively all the changes in the project scope and devise contingency plans/options when applicable. You will also obtain with assistance from local architects all relevant permits and insurance documents prior to the start of site work, supervise construction, confirm all details of design intents are met and will collaborate on special/corporate design & construction projects: exhibitions, VM animations, etc. On another hand, you will perform regular Boutique visits and ensure that the maintenance of the boutiques meets the quality standards required and that they remain operational in terms of security & sales. You will contribute to boutique staff training on proper boutique fixture & materials use and maintenance in accordance with HQ guidelines and new developments. You will monitor order passage files of all concept materials for new openings/renovation projects, create a reserve stock per boutique dedicated to maintenance, and ensure that inventories of goods are received, follow-up of exchanges with suppliers, feedback, and organization of returns. We also expect you to establish a strong relationship and liaison with central SDP, ensuring consistent communication and participation in the development of the SDP community (i.e: share best practices, tools, processes), to ensure good coordination between all external stakeholders for Maintenance, new openings, renovations, and temporary projects and internal coordination with IT, Security, Marketing and Communication on maintenance and new openings/renovations.
