Sales Officer

We are hiring Sales Officer/ Assistant Sales Manager for a well-established Group of companies in Abu Dhabi.
Experience: 5- 12 years of experience
Requirement:
Must have B2B sales experience in selling flexible packaging/ mono cartons in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region
Responsibilities
• Map Potential corrugated packaging consumers and indicate consumed volumes.
• Develop and formulate an effective customer acquisition plan, with clear concept.
• Invest time by being in the market and build relationships with potential clients as well current clients (daily communications, visits, consulting etc).
• Promote the company capabilities and emphasis in the added value and supply security due to the synergy of the paper mill.
• Manage customer requirements throughout the cooperation period (landing the job, production update & communicate accurate delivery timings).
• Maintain high level of industry/product understanding which will represent a tool against clients.
• Obtain relevant experience in the packaging processes and type of packaging used as well as the use of the different types of paper (container board). • Understand or develop understanding on the logistic processes corrugated packaging experience and required strength.
• Develop understanding of the technical indicators to define the packaging capabilities.
• Maintain sales price experience for the different industries and packaging types.
• Understanding that advanced customer service is a pre-requisite to get awarded with orders and better prices.
• Formulate detailed sales expansion strategy and way forward.
• Enhance client’s portfolio by adding extra efforts to conduct market research which will result for an extraordinary service.
• Precises internal communication with production team to ensure clients orders are correctly executed and delivered on time.
