الوصف الوظيفي The successful applicant will perform experimental research on materials and devices for sensing applications. The candidate should have at least one post-doctoral experience in an international renowned laboratory different from the institution where they acquired their PhD. The candidate should ideally have research experience and strong publication record in preparation, characterization and application of materials for devices, and specifically materials that are used in sensing applications. The candidate should be able to design, fabricate, construct and assess devices for chemical, optical, mechanical, electric or other sensing for any applications. An experience with sensors for oil and gas or biomedical applications is preferred, but not compulsory, however candidates with experience in oil and gas research or industrial laboratories will be given priority. The candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment consisting of PhD-level scientists, graduate students and undergraduate students. Applicants must have a PhD in science or engineering.
