To manage the transactional activities at the dnata Technical Services stores issue counters, ensuring all policies and procedures are fulfilled while issuing spare parts, with highest standard of customer service. Record transactional data in inventory systems ensuring utmost accuracy. Job Outline: Plan - Identifies customer’s needs, offers appropriate services and advice, and provides accurate information enabling employees to get their requirements fulfilled timely and effectively. - Manages spare parts stock levels with a view to minimize stockholding costs through analysis of store inventory reports Lead - Ensures that all stock items are received in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions advising the buyers in the event of discrepancies to enable supplier feedback - Supervises the packaging and distribution of outstation distributions including dispatch activities? Execute - Ensures company policy guidelines are not compromised in fulfilling the users’ requirements. - Carry out physical stock inventories identifying and reconciling any discrepancies providing recommendations for adjustment to reporting supervisor for approval - Assists in collection of parts from collection points and distributing across dTS stores as required.
