Job Summary
Our client is looking for an Engineering Manager to play the following roles…
Planning for engineering activities for multi projects according to base line schedule.
Ensuring coordination between exaction activities and engineering.
preparing necessary reports illustrating engineering progress.
supervising engineering activities by sub-contractors and specialties contractors.
supervising QS and invoices activities ensuring approvals and maintaining positive cash flow.
supervising initiating and variation orders approval.
supervising material escalation claims.
preparing necessary reports for client invoices.
preparing EAC and ETC reports for projects.
supervising preparation of sub-contractors invoices according to client invoice and site progress.
preparing necessary reports for sub-contractors invoices.
supervising tender QS and steel ratio.
supervising engineering department employees performance.
supervising engineering department employees evaluation.
supervising engineering department employees training in coordination with HRM.
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor degree of civil Engineering
Experience : 12-15 years in construction field
