International Tax accountant

We have an exciting job opportunity with one our oil and gas clients who are looking for an International Tax Accountant, who will work closely with the local finance team as well as the Corporate Tax Director, covering all tax aspects for the business across Europe and Middle East. This will be a complete hands-on and standalone role, with no direct reports.

Below are the details of the suitable profile:

Location: UAE
10+ year’s experience in tax accounting. You will come from a Big 4 accountancy firm and also have worked in-house for an oil and gas company.Broad income tax and VAT knowledge within the GCC countries and as well as an appreciation of cross border and global tax issuesCapable to set up processes and procedures in place in the Europe and Middle East.Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts to management and non-tax practitionersExcellent English language skills both verbal and writtenBachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent. Completed Qualified Accountant and tax advisor (CA, CPA or equivalent)
