What you will do
The Sales Support & Estimator – HVAC is a key role directly reporting to Application Team Leader– Ruskin Titus Gulf (RTG) for UAE. As a part of a growing team and will be responsible for driving the growth of business for the RTG division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with a particular focus on Airside HVAC components.
You will be based in Umm Al Quwain and will be supporting the sales team on application-specific jobs and product information. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your pre-sales/estimation experience to support the sales team.
How you will do it
As a Sales Support & Estimator – HVAC you will be interacting with the internal sales team, engineering team via phone or in-person to gather information regarding the specifications to be produced, resolve problems. You will be supporting the sales department by maintaining a catalog and product information library ensuring that all data is current and attending regional trade shows.
You will be provided in-depth training, factory visits in order to gain a better knowledge of our products and services, include backroom operations, pricing procedures, and technical application.

What we look for
Required
* Degree/Diploma – Electrical/ Mechanical
* Minimum 1 year of experience/internship in Estimation/Sales Support for HVAC products
* Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel Spreadsheet
* Result orientated, tenacious, self-motivated, a customer-focused approach
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent inter-personal skills - must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners
* Fluency in the English language is essential
Preferred
* Estimation/ Pre-Sales experience in the HVAC industry
* Knowledge in AutoCAD
