ROLE PURPOSE:
To create a Talent Acquisition holistic strategy for the group in collaboration with business unit stakeholders, Group Head of Talent Acquisition, and Group Head of Emiratisation. Accountable for end-to-end recruitment for key National Hires. Enables Talent Acquisition business unit leaders across the group with suitable recruitment solutions to successfully achieve Emiratisation hiring plans. Co-creates and executes Emiratisation employer branding proposition.
KEY ROLE-SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support the group during manpower planning and scheduling
Contribute to the development of a Hiring Plan for different business units to fulfill budgeted manpower requirements.
Partners up with GMHR and TA managers in the BUs to assess manpower requirements and provide solutions to attract and source quality candidates.
Manage end-to-end sourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) through understanding business needs and growth plans for Key Emirati hires.
Drive a proactive fulfillment of manpower business requirements through developing an extensive network in the market.
Develop relationships with external talent to ensure a proactive approach towards the business talent acquisition pipeline.
Support business units with appropriate assessment tools to attract, source, and select the right talent.
Facilitate and record activities and results and ensure results are used in a comparative fashion to guarantee merit-based decisions are taken on candidates.
Efficiently use different tools such as Sniperhire (ATS), social media, job boards.
Plan and conduct assessment centers/ open days to identify suitable candidates for the business.
Plan and develop Talent Pools for the business in order to meet the requirements of the Hiring Plan.
Use the right interviewing skills to match candidates’ profiles with business requirements.
Ensure right referencing is completed before selecting the final candidate.
Manage offers and ensure they are in line with business manpower budgets and internal total rewards policies.
Ensure SLAs are adhered to and processes followed for all roles.
Review SLAs and processes with business units regularly.
المهارات
Education:
A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment/ sourcing experience preferred
Emiratisation recruitment experience is preferred
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
Previous experience with an ATS preferred
Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is an advantage
