Accomplishes planning (Work method statement including drawings and estimation of resources (Manpower , Material, Tools and Equipment)) and scheduling of the plan able Day to-Day Plant Civil Maintenance work (Corrective & Preventive), in liaison with all the relevant Divisions (Operations, TIO, PAD, HSE, Ruwais Personnel ,& Administration Department and Materials Department) and scheduling, as directed. This is followed by monitoring of execution phase and up-keep and updating of the history files . Receives technical advice and direction from Senior Engineer Civil-DD Planning, as necessary , especially for critical, major and recurring maintenance problems
Requirements
Education
Completion of Secondary (12 Years) education followed by a technical Diploma course of associate Engineer in Civil Technolo9y from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.
Experience
Minimum Eight (08) years of experience of Civil Asset Maintenance of a Petro- Chemical or Fertilizer Plant including 2 years of working in Planning Discipline.
Skills
Experience of asset and work management system, Maximo or SAP, and Primavera P6 (or later updates) or equivalent like MS Project.
Good experience of Microsoft suite.
Good in written and spoken English language.
