MLOGICA is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Adept in acquiring new customers and developing business strategies that increases product awareness, market share and company profitability
An unwavering commitment to client servicing, with the ability to build productive relationship, resolve complex issues by identifying client needs and win customer loyalty
Sound experience in IT Sales, preparing strategic plans, with thorough knowledge of hardware/ software products and cloud technology
Appreciated by the client, for providing appropriate solution for their requirement in given timeline
Ability to train and manage individuals from varying backgrounds, while promoting team values
Liaison with Microsoft stakeholders to drive business for Microsoft
Collaborate with account managers and their technical teams in Microsoft across all segments to acquire new customers and move their on premise environment to Microsoft
Plan customer events with Microsoft to create awareness and promote Microsoft
Work closely with the technical team to help customers optimise
Drive database migration and SAP Education opportunities in partnership with Oracle (US) and SAP respectively
Manage sales for entire Microsoft product portfolio (West region), Office 365
Grow existing business relationships and acquire new business
Establish professional relationship up to executive level along with key business decision makers
Collaborate with global team on global accounts
Work with partners and technical specialists to build and deploy territory plans
Spearhead IT business development, EMC, VMware Account Management initiatives for virtualization, storage and backup (for West region) at VDA Infosolutions
Handle key customer relationships
Conduct market research for sales operations, account management & business development of the company
Analyse latest marketing trends and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
Identify new untapped markets for launching products, developing excellent relationships with key existing accounts and generating business from the Email camping etc.
