1. Pass Declarations and clearance of Custom Import and Export Regimes.

17. Coordination between warehouse and customers for all material movements

19. Knowledge of handling overseas shipments and related port and customs procedures
20. Ensuring labelling of materials are compliant
21. Issuing Certificates of Origin where required from Chamber Meeting internal customers to ensure correct planning is executed
22. Corresponding with Overseas Agents Local Clients for Sea Air Freight enquiries.
23. Respond to Client enquiries and prepare Quotations
24. Update services and rates provided by Carriers, including sailing schedules Tariff rate enquiries.
25. Maintain Tariffs schedules with Local and Overseas Agents
26. Pre Alerts and Arrival Schedules follow up as needed.
27. Follow up with clients on regular Import/Export shipments.
28. Maintain an organized filing system for all documents relevant to client s enquiries and quotations.
29. Proactively participate in development of Sales.
30. Send enquiries to overseas agents provide quotes to clients.
31. Coordinate with Sales and Operation staff.
