• Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone, via email and in person as appropriate
• Timely responding and selling to new opportunities
• Manage time effectively and be self-accountable
• Work with a monthly, quarterly and annual quota
• Ensure that the daily sales report and lead report are accurate and timely including pipeline forecasting
• Adhere to a defined sales process
• Manage all prospecting activity within CRM
• Follow up to confirm proper follow through for prospects
• Attend trade shows and perform related follow-up work
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by explaining each models features and benefits and describing all optional equipment.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product and sales training as required
Maintain a prospect and owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience, in the same field.
• Experience in UAE will be preferred.
• Fluency in the Arabic & English language
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
