Open to Indian and Sri Lankan candidates in the U.A.E.
Min. 5 years’ proven valuable experience in streamlining business processes of well-known hotels or resorts.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, or similar/higher.
Highly involved in modeling and enhancement of hotel policies and procedures and or operating manuals (macro and micro scale)
Highly organized and with excellent administrative skills in developing effective business processes, MIS, KPIs, SOPs, etc.
Acquire Analytical & Numeracy skills – possesses the ability to draw conclusions and make decisions based on data for business growth.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, additional language is a plus.
