الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities include: ● Enters and prepares the villas for cleaning. ● Makes bed. ● Dusts the room and furniture. ● Replenishes guest rooms and bath supplies. ● Cleans the bathrooms. ● Cleans bedrooms/living rooms/corridors. ● Cleans all furniture, the closets inside and outside, and all surfaces. ● Cleans the kitchens and dishware. ● Vacuums and mops floors. ● Cleans the outdoor areas around the swimming pools. ● Cleans balconies. ● Cleans stairs. ● Checks and secures the villas. ● Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards ● Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests ● Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean bed linen, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required ● Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water. ● Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area. ● Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the villas. ● Authorize to enter villas for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement. ● Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score. ● Cleans swimming pools (will be trained for that). ● Cleans outdoor BBQs. ● Cleans villa windows. ● Some gardening work. ● Cleans parking areas. ● General cleaning duties. - Salary: 1,200 dhs with overtime. Will increase to 1,350 dhs after 6 months trial period. - Working hours: 8 hours, plus 1 hour lunch break. - Accommodation provided.
