• To provide leadership and direction to the Core Planning Team in providing Planning and Scheduling functions across all disciplines.
• All works to be planned in a cost-effective manner in line compliance with the clients HSE & Quality Policies in a safe manner to standards, codes, and practices
• Prepare, review & submit to Client Turnaround Major Milestones (Total and summary).
• Compile, Review & update Level-IV plans from the area-wise plans prepared by Area Planning Engineers and keep track monitor of the overall master schedule
• Compile, Review & update Level-IV Schedule prepared by Scheduling Engineer and keep track of monitor overall master schedule
• Identify Subcontractor & specialist subcontractor requirement for Turnaround. Coordinate, meeting & finalization of a subcontractor for Turnaround
• Generate and analyze standard reports related to progress, efficiency, and cost on a monthly basis and to raise flag alert to the client in case of variation from standard benchmarks/budget
• Prepare and submit a recovery plan for any delayed critical activity for client review and approval
• Issues Monthly Reports and produces a presentation for the client on a monthly basis for various turnaround related requirements
• Coordinates, update & follow up with all stakeholders directly involved in the clients’ Turnaround for pending action as per monthly minutes of meeting
• Identify the long lead items needs to be ordered & interact with client for necessary action
• Follow-up with respective planning engineer of the core team to complete all the material reservation as per Turnaround major milestone
• Follow-up with core team material Engineer for material delivery status & inform the client if there is an issue with for any potential delivery delay.
