Researching and providing estimates for projects. managing and supervising daily work activities at job sites. Capable of preparing work schedules, forecasts, interpretation of drawings for tradesmen with knowledge on optimum utilization of resources. Should be good in MS office applications. Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems. Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors. Project management duties like managing budgets, resources, and deadlines.
المهارات
• Bachelor degree. and auto cad skills
• Three years experience in same field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills.
Valid UAE driving license will be an advantage.
