Looking for Cooling System Supervisor
Preferred candidates who are currently in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Can join immediately, with at least minimum 5 years experienced on the same position. Shortlisted candidates will be requested to come for personal interview here in RAK.
Monitor and ensure the performance of water chiller plants and ice plants
Follow up on regular scheduled maintenance of chiller and ice plants
Installation, repair and maintenance of heating, ventilating and HVAC systems.
Weekly monitoring the performance of chiller plants and ice plants, and reporting the same to Technical Manager/ production manager
Should be able to do trouble shooting, attend and rectify breakdowns in plants, on a timely basis.
Do periodic service of ac units in office, plant and accommodation, and maintain records of the same.
Prepare monthly report on preventive maintenance of all cooling and HVAC units.
Update and suggest on new technologies that can be incorporated, to save energy and increase efficiency of the plants
Provide training to other staff, as assigned by TM/PM, on operating the plants in an appropriate manner, monitoring of gauges, maintaining records of important readings.
Any other specific work as instructed by TM / PM.
