This senior and strategic in nature position has key delivery responsibility in overall program, portfolio management activities directly enabling the Executive Team in planned strategic execution. The key accountabilities of this role are:
(A) End-to-End Delivery of New Strategic Programs and Projects within the Cyber Defense Function
(B) Successful delivery and handover into Operational support against agreed operational handover objectives
(C) Direct leadership alongside Cyber Defense unit for selected strategic initiative development and successful delivery
Generic Role and Responsibilities
Planning & Organization
(A), (B): Delivery of New Strategic Programs and against Maintenance Roadmap: Work with the Cyber defense teams (primarily CSD, CAS, TVL, MSS) and the participating business units (i.e. Engineering, QA, IT, InfoSec, Legal Counsel, Procurement, Finance, etc) in order to ensure programs are delivered according to specification, in schedule and within budget. - As below
1. Works alongside the complete organization, leveraging on the schedules of each participating unit, in order to generate the integrated end-to-end master schedule - Integrated and closely track against end-to-end master schedule
2. Works with the participating business units in order to create a comprehensive risk register, assigning clear accountabilities on risk owners and tracking risk plans and mitigation measures - Integrated risk register
3. Overall management and tracking of all delivering and supporting teams to maintain deliverables on track and aligned towards the overall project goal - Minutes of Meeting for team meetings
Follow up on action items with team
4. Works with QA to ensure that product achieves the required level of quality - TBD
5. (C) Partnering with key Cyber defense practice leads and other business units in order to keep agreed strategic initiatives on track - Schedule
Financial Excellence: Revenue or Costs
1. (A), (B): Ensures, together with Fintel, that programs/ projects remains within allocated budget
2. (C) Ensures, together with Fintel, that allocated programs of work remains within allocated budget

Supporting KPI: % deviation from agreed program/ project budget

Customer Excellence: Internal/ External Customer Engagement and Relationship Management
1. (A, B) Manages client relationship in conjunction with account management and product management function, ensures agreed deliverables/ action items are delivered
