JOB PURPOSE:
To assist operational teams in planning, organising, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description - Performance Indicators
Follow up the daily operation with the supervisors, charge hands and closing work orders. - KPI Measurement
Assisting and completing the works given by the Facilities Manager. - Work completed with good quality.
In charge of the day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance. - Work completed with good quality.
Perform inspection and evaluation of systems and structures for the facilities as well as Snagging and De snagging. - Produce complete snag reports.
Familiar with the relevant MEP international codes and standards. - Operational Standards
Outsource the quotations for the special skilled work and have negotiation skills with external contractors. - Ability to choose good contractor.
Liaising with clients for the feedback of the quality of service. - Quality of work.
Coordinate with main office for proper planning of PM schedules with respect to resources. - Issuance of the work orders.
Site visits, supervise the projects by third party contractors and check the quality of jobs. Work completed on time without delay & variations.
Assist in preparing the Monthly report. Monthly report completion.
Checking the maintenance costs, maintenance tools, materials in store and equipment. The cost to be within the budget.
Carry out the engineering duties in planning and overseeing maintenance of building MEP works. Operational Standards
Make sure that company policy and regulations, health & safety plans at site work are implemented. EHS Standards
