• 7 – 9 Years on Energy IP Product
• Workshops, Requirements analysis; design, workflow/sequence diagrams; functional Specification, GAPS document, Customization & configuration documents; trainings, Unit & Integration testing, Functional & Non Functional requirements.

• The same resource can be used to change or enhance the existing delivered solution/service

Technical consultant:

• Technical Specification document, development, system technical requirements

• Impact analysis on the existing services, Technical handover documentation

Product team (offshore):

• Customization justification, Custom delivered technical spec and documents
