Lead EUT sales supporting functions team including the functions Planning, Warehousing & Distribution, Customer
Service/CRM and Marketing.
Ensure high level customer service by supporting sales functions with implementing customer oriented processes & strategies
Leading / Managing
▪ Leading / managing of teams for Planning, Warehousing & Distribution, CRM and Marketing
▪ Ensure continuous process improvement and communication of changes & needs
▪ Ensure interface management between EUT, its customers and suppliers
Planning
▪ Ensure timely monthly approval of article wise budget by GM, Finance and Sales
▪ Ensures availability for customer orders according to agreed service levels and inform Sales accordingly
▪ Analysis and evaluation of market and sales development
▪ Maintain parameters in WMS (Safety Stock, Replenishment, Lot Size)
▪ Make sure required reports are timely prepared each month
Warehousing & Distribution
▪ Ensure distribution of tyres from warehouse according to customer requirements with respect to local capacity restrictions and cost
optimization
▪ Assures & monitor quality of service provided to customers according to market requirements
▪ Responsible for local contracts with service providers
whenever needed
CRM
▪ Managing of efficiency and quality of customer order processing
▪ Ensures corrective order handling according to legal requirements
▪ Organize / secure deliveries to customers in agreement with customer requirements
▪ Ensure organized customer relationship management in accordance with company goals
