Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the renowned property developers & investment firms in UAE. Our client is looking to hire “Financial Planning Analyst” with an experience in real estate industry to be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Job Description:
• Perform financial analysis and financial reporting on RE results and strategic business initiatives
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts for the business
• Aid in the preparation of RE strategic plans, new business analysis, and budgets
• Modeling complex projects- real estate /hospitality/leisure ,joint-ventures and waterfall structures in Excel
• Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management • Expense Management – prepare reports and analyses to identify actionable expense management initiatives
• Developing and maintaining standardized management reporting templates, which will assist the company in monitoring financial and non-financial operational metrics
• Monitors and analyzes specified commercial, hospitality and residential real estate market assets, using the area’s internal and external real estate, financial and economic data, as well as research recommending actions to management
• Produces regular market performance assessment (MPA) reports for his client and maintains real estate market rating models for the assigned properties on the market
• Based on market analysis and assessment, contributes to the development of forward-looking and proprietary perspectives on an assigned property’s anticipated performance
• Identifying opportune moments to sell current property and researching new areas to invest in.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research on potential investments in the venture/early growth companies space
• Support joint venture and debt negotiations
• Manage portfolio of existing investments by tracking their performance and summarizing their financial statements, sector data for management review
• Perform investment analysis for new investments by examining and interpreting data from different sources and understanding the impact this will have for investment decision making
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction closings in deals including financial investments
• Coordinate third-party engagement including attorneys, brokers, consultants and bankers
• Has working knowledge of public markets
المهارات
Qualifications Required:
• Degree in Business Administration or Accountancy or Financial Analysis
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in real estate firms or private equity or valuation firms
• Advance level MS Excel skills, ability to work with complex financial models involving large data sets & Advanced Power Point skills, to come up with neat, concise and structured presentations
• Demonstrated financial analysis, writing and presentation skills
• Extremely organized, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
• Detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of SAP (preferable)
