This role contributes to the success of the Company and Group by actively working to :
• Efficiency, productive and effective delivery of training courses including;
o Lesson Management to ensure theoretical and practical learning outcomes are achieved.
o Delivery of training programs as per the curriculum ensuring all elements of the program are delivered.
o Monitoring of attendance, continuous assessment and engagement of the trainees while providing feedback to ensure successful completion of the program.
o Periodical review and improve the training modules and program structure to ensure efficient learning to the trainees
o Administer assessments in an impartial manner to ensure fair assessments of all trainees confirming the transfer of knowledge and skills.
• Follow al policies, procedures, structures and systems to ensure efficiency, compliance and effectiveness of all learning related activities across all faculties.
• Participate in professional development programs to ensure continual learning and upgrade of skills, techniques and teaching practices are applied to all training programs.
• Coach and Mentor all participants in training programs to ensure they gain the skills and knowledge to succeed in their career.
• Supervision and management of the practical and theory training rooms to ensure delivered efficiently and all tools and machinery is maintained in the best order possible.
المهارات
The candidates must have minimum 4+ Years of Experience out of which 2 years must be as Trainer/ Assessor experience after completing their Diploma or Bachelor Degree in the relevant fields
The candidate must be subject matter expert in both subject knowledge and practical trade activities i.e
• Drainage system
• Gravity Test
• First fix hot and cold water supplies
• Installation of PEX pipe and conduits
• Pressure test (Hydro test)
• Installation of sanitary ware and leak test
• High level coordination
• Installation of hot and cold water supplies with PPR
