الوصف الوظيفي The Role: As Distributions Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the distribution centres and shipping departments within a specified region, and will work closely with merchandisers and regional development managers to ensure stock is managed and moved as required. You will lead a large team by setting direction, monitoring and motivating individuals to exceed objectives whilst ensuring that security, inventory management and safety standards are maintained. You will drive continuous improvement in productivity and operating costs. Qualifications & Requirements: You will have: * At least 10 years’ experience in a senior logistics position. * Extensive knowledge of supply chain management * Graduate qualification in Logistics. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader and people manager with the ability to motivate and drive performance. You will also possess extensive knowledge of retail operations, distribution, shipping and customs. About Alshaya: M.H.
