JOB PURPOSE
The Head of Employee Engagement is responsible for driving Employee Engagement while building a high-performance organisation culture across Landmark to be the Employer of Choice. The role leads the development and deployment of all internal employee engagement initiatives in the group and collaborates with key stakeholders.
The leader will have single-minded focus on providing an amazing employee experience for our People.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
Lives and instil the values of Landmark
Internal change leader dedicated to creating new, innovative, dynamic employee experiences and engagement initiatives.
Ensures Landmark culture is well integrated throughout its People processes & systems.
Employee Engagement
Strategizes and develops an effective employee engagement approach, initiatives, programs and practices that enhance and enrich the culture of Landmark, working with cross-functional teams.
Leads and manages the full employee engagement program through the complete life cycle from requirements and planning to rollout. This includes employee engagement definition, project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, managing stakeholders.
Uses data from people engagement surveys such as GPTW, to identify and analyse operational challenges related to the workforce and to develop engagement solutions consistent with business realities.
Establishes a measuring and reporting dashboard, metrics and feedback loops to monitor the progress of initiatives and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Executes employee engagement surveys and pulse checks including analysis and action planning to drive improvements.
Identifies, promotes and implements internal and external employee engagement best practices, to drive consistency across the Group.
Be connected to the organisational channels to assess, influence and partner with HRBPs across concepts and territories to track progress.
Should be able to establish and setup linkage between engagement and the strategic people goals of each HRBP.
Facilitates the dissemination of engagement initiatives across territories via local and territory teams; localises where appropriate to suit local needs.
Communications & Marketing
Participates in external forums, benchmarking and ranking events to position Landmark as a ‘Great Place to Work’.
Prepare the organisation to win ‘Great Place to Work’ or similar Best Employer awards in the markets we operate to be No. 1 Employer of Choice.
Develops and manages communication strategic priorities and methods to effectively communication the organisation’s employee engagement journey.

CORE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Relevant experience in Employee Engagement with an overall experience of 12-15 years with blue chip organizations.
Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic business environment
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards employee-centric innovation
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and organisation skills with a high attention to detail
Analytical ability with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights. Comfortable delivering feedback and coaching up, down and to the side
Creative and innovative thinker, ability to problem solve and generate ideas that inspire exciting outcomes
Functional knowledge of employee engagement and change management and a proven track record of successful running the employee engagement function, or No.2 in the function for a similar size, complex organisation
