Qualification(s)
Bachelor’s degree in the curricular subject
Master’s degree preferred
Teaching Certificate/Diploma preferred
MOE
Experience Required
3 years’ experience in a reputable institute or school
Industrial experience for technical subjects preferred
Skills Required
Capable of analyzing the needs and project requirements to create a design
Able to determine the types of equipment and tools needed to do the job
Awareness of safety procedure to be followed while handling a particular tool or operating equipment
Capable of constructing models and prototypes, using a range of techniques, tools and materials

Use a range of strategies to promote positive relationships, cooperation, and purposeful learning in the classroom
Engage learners in individual and cooperative learning activities that help them develop their knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes for learning
\Organize, allocate, and manage the most appropriate educational resources to facilitate active and equitable engagement of learners in productive tasks
