Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for RFI ,RFQ ,RFP to successfully complete the sourcing event with commercial recommendations.
Coordinate with end user for technical evaluation and any related technical queries.
Negotiate price, payments terms and contract /PO clauses.
Order placement and monitoring delivery of material and services.
Coordinates with the Project Manager/s for completing the Procurement Schedule.
Coordinates with the Procurement Unit Head to complete and update the Procurement Plan and ensures it is regularly updated.
Coordinates and consolidates requests for permanent materials among multiple projects to negotiate the most advantageous terms.
Prepares Purchase Orders / Sub-contract Agreement as per approved submittal and material service request sent by the site.
Completes the Purchase Order’s attachment, comparison sheet, and material files for Procurement Unit Head’s review.
Manages the efficient flow of purchase requests to the buyers for action.
Accountable for the prequalification of suppliers and subcontractors.
Manages the periodic reevaluation of suppliers and sub contractors.
Searches for, identifies, and establishes contacts with new suppliers and subcontractors.
Update suppliers and sub-contractors database.
Maintain quality and price records for purchased items.
Key Result Areas:
Technical / Machinery procurement.
Verify the pre-qualification of suppliers and sub contractors as per the standards.
Vendor Management.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Procurement Department.
Language skills (Spoken/Written):
English, Arabic
IT Skills:
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Fusion System.
