FM Administrator based in Al Ain
Only UAE based candidates will be considered.
We are looking for Junior FM Administrator to join our FM department.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar administrative duty
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, SAP, Maximo/ CAFM
Job Responsibilities.
• Prepare quotations and obtaining approvals from clients.
• Upon receiving approval from clients, implement cost saving effectiveness by avoiding outsourcing of jobs, minimize subcontractor involvement.
• Prepare the Cost comparison sheet if required.
• Raising Purchase Requisition (PR) on SAP.
• Follow-up with procurement to get signed LPO.
• Receive LPO in the system by service entry sheets for subcontractor works
• Sending LPO to Subcontractors.
• Develop and draft various reports (Weekly reports, Monthly Reports) as required by the Supervisors.
• Monitor the PPM. Submit monthly PPM report to Supervisors and team.
• Assist in closing service orders /notifications by creating quotations/DMR in SAP.
• Prepare Monthly Reports.
• Observing SAP System and updating Team Leader on closing the tasks.
