Hiring a Plastic HDPE/LDPE Film Extruder Machine Operator who has 3 to 5 years minimum experience in the production of PE film extrusion plant. The employee is expected to know the following: Machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of complex plastics processing and ancillary equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis, expediently develop and implement solutions and strive to increase equipment reliability, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensures that the facility and equipment are maintained at the highest level and runs efficiently
• Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance activities.
• Provides guidance to peers to ensure optimum production, quality and safety while minimizing cost.

المهارات
Know how start up the machine.as temperature settings, know how to use ruler scale as measure the product length and width. And for the responsibility as Operator keep always clean of the area of my machine and every two hours checking of temperature of the barrel screw, adapter and die heaters.
