الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for a UAE National incumbent who is good at operations/back-office/administration and ideally MS Excel. This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Group. It will work 6 days a week with a holiday on Friday. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The job location could be either Musaffah or Airport road. You will also earn attractive incentive on your good performance. The duties of this role is to support the assigned Branch in achieving the daily and monthly objectives through sales support and stock management activities. The scope of this role is specific to his assigned location only. The Branch Sales Support Executive assists the Sales Department in Document Management, Timely Vehicle Arrangement and Day to Day Transactions Management with the help of his team to Customers. The role aims to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one and the job holder is empowered to make appropriate customer focused decisions where problems have occurred so that we create customers for life. Documentation and system updates • Prepares and Verifies Deal Packs for invoicing & delivery • Financial Document creation for bank deals and scan deal pack to Accountant • Validate Customer docs for delivery Coordination for sale • Preparation, display and tracking of Goshi, demo and marketing units • To organize / arrange display and ensure all display units have correct spec sheets • Various activities related to the new car units in the dealership (eg - physical verification of stock) • Management of aged stock vehicles at branch level • Arranging vehicle sanitation Other activities Manage other adhoc activities related to the sales function including but not limited to • Manage Demo units (Fueling ,Registration, De Registration, Salik & ETC) • Vehicle inspection & damage repair in coordination with orient • Weekly Sanitation log report • Arrange Hayaza (Transfer Certificate) المهارات High School Graduate Minimum Experience: 2 years in a similar role Job-Specific Competencies: • MS Office - especially MS Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Efficient co-ordination in respect of the day to day activities of a retail operation • Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities Behavioural Competencies: • Ability to deal with people of diverse nationalities at various levels. • Capability to work under pressure – able to withstand high levels of stress • Well organized and able to multi-task and handle multiple stakeholder requirements • Persuasive and results oriented تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/uae-national-branch-sales-support-executive-al-futtaim-automotive-al-ain-4428987/ |
