we need an exceptional Head Barista / Sr. Barista to join us in our branded café.
Our aim is to deliver an amazing experience along with a delicious taste to our customers.
As a Head Barista; we are expecting you to do the following:
to love the coffee just like us (at least).
Development of new coffees.
Work closely with the coffee experts in cupping, QC etc
Ensuring that the coffee bar is maintained properly.
Having full knowledge of the coffee shop menu.
Having accuracy in menu charging.
Setting up efforts in selling food and beverages to increase the coffee shop revenue.
Preparing coffee and beverages as per the Coffee Shop standards.
Communicating clearly and properly to the Service Crew & Kitchen Crew at all times.
Handling the team of baristas.
Experience: Min 3 Years as Sr. Barista

Salary: Based on Experience.
