Registered Nurse
HAAD/NCLEX/DOH/MOH/DHA License (Any)
With 2 years Clinical work experience (no gap)
Provides professional nursing care to patients within the home care or out patient clinic, based on the medical plan as directed by the Head nurse, in accordance with the nursing philosophy, policies and procedures of the Health care facility.
Monitor patients vital signs
Prepare and administers medications on schedule time
Update patients records, carry doctors orders
Refer and consult with other health care providers
Impart health teaching
