We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Quality Manager to be based in Al Ain, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through verification of form, fit and function as well as process adherence. You will closely work with the Operations team to generate necessary records, analyze data and drive corrective and preventive actions. You will work closely with third party auditors for the certification of production lines and alongside customers to ensure factory acceptance testing. You will train the Operations team for to achieve the effective deployment of BIQ and report overall quality metrics to the Quality dash board. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day? · Ensure product quality through product and process audit · Maintain and generate records in line with the Quality Action Plan · Train and improve people skills on problem solving and deployment of BIQ · Capture the Customer PPM and analyse the root cause and drive resolution through RCA-CA-PA · Monitor and improve process capability · Deploy controls plan to keep process stable · Implement BIQ culture and support HOS Deployment · Drive continuous improvement using Six sigma, Lean and Kaizen methodologies · Ensure up to date reporting of required growth metrics · Timely monitoring and reporting of corrective measures · Compliance of product certification audits from the customer and third party · Inward goods inspection. · Calibration testing of finished products · Validation of Test Set Up المهارات · Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment · Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 standards will be advantageous · Good understanding of problem-solving tools such as seven classic quality tools (Pareto, Cause & effect diagram, flowcharts, control charts, check sheets, scatter diagram & histogram) · Good understanding of Process Improvement Tools such as Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, Six Sigma DMAIC, FMEA, 8D, Statistical Process Control (SPC) & Kaizen · In depth understanding of Innovation and creativity tool: Brainstorming, Mind mapping, lateral thinking & critical thinking · Expertise on Process analysis: Process mapping, Flowcharting & turtle diagram & PPAP · Additional Qualifications - Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Expert, Certified ISO 9001:2008 auditor.
