Job Purpose: Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive is responsible for will be responsible for generating and qualifying qualified leads to the sales team so they are able to meet their sales growth targets. Key duties will include researching leads from various sources, qualifying leads and maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration in Salesforce. The chosen candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able who is able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. This role is based in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. Key Accountabilities: Generate Leads
Plan on the route of the assigned area, that needs to be taken for lead generation
Generate lead from various sources including internet, telephone and inbound calls
Conduct research to identify potential customers
Collect details such as company name, contact person details and location
Enter all gathered information into the Salesforce CRM database
Gather market intelligence
Reporting
Manage data for new and prospective clients within Salesforce and ensure all communications are accurately logged and relevant documents are attached
Report and record all information on hot leads
المهارات
Essential
Degree
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lead generating, telemarketing or sales role
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MENA region
Desirable
Experience working in the Waste Management Industry
Fluent in Hindi, Urdu or Arabic
