Summary: The Campus Director directs, manages, monitors and maintains control of all aspects of campus operations for a campus. This position works in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the college. Tasks & Duties:
Coordinate the campus budget with President, Vice President and Finance Head in alignment with college mission and objectives and corporate goals.
Develops and monitors both short-term and long-term strategic plans for the campus.
Ensures compliance with and the implementation of CAA Standards in Campus.
Coordinate the revenue sources by appropriately collaborating with concerned departments in each of the following: tuition increases, leads, enrollments, starts, show rates, re-enters, retention, placement revenue, cash collections, bookstore revenue, expense control, etc.
Oversees retention efforts and ensures they reflect a total Campus/College effort.
Remains in “good standing” with all Emirates, accreditation agencies, and federal regulatory bodies such as the Department of Labor, MOE, etc.
Ensures compliance with college policies, procedures, practices and philosophies.
Monitors all aspects of academics to ensure that quality educational opportunities are provided to students.
Oversees graduate placement efforts to ensure that student/graduates are obtaining positions related to their career objectives and field of study.
Provides accurate and timely submission of payroll and accounts payable to central administration, as well as other records and reports requested from central administration.
In collaboration with VP Academic Affairs and VP Admin & Finance, establishes standards in every Academic department and manages the Admin Departments in accordance with set standards.
Hold appropriate personnel accountable for meeting/exceeding expectations, and taking prompt appropriate action as needed.
Provides on-site college management with direction and professional development designed to increase their management effectiveness, reduce turnover and decrease liabilities.
Monitors and participates in all departmental activities to ensure personnel are operating within and following the policies and procedures of KIC.
Guides the overall admissions efforts to assure achievement of enrollment goals.
Performs other duties that will assist in promoting KIC within the community.
Provides routine/timely operational reports to appropriate KIC executives.
Participates in and ensures that new student orientations are conducted in accordance with Company guidelines and are effective for ensuring students show up and start classes are retained.
Creates an environment that fosters training and development of employees, motivates employees to excel, and is professional and treats employees with respect and dignity.
Establishes and maintains a high level of community involvement in order to promote the college in the community.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Analyzes results on a regular basis making appropriate changes to prevent or overcome issues.
المهارات
Qualifications & Experience:
PhD degree is preferred; Master’s
Master’s degree is required
At least 8 years full-time-equivalent leadership experience; management and supervisory experience in Educational Institutions.
