An opportunity for a HR Manager to join a manufacturing site based in Al Ain. The role will be part of a large regional business with operations across the region.

Description
Improve current HR processesMonitoring annual leave and other entitlementsAssist with drafting HR policies and procedures for the siteAssist with recruitment process and administrationDrafting employment contracts and onboarding processesMonitor training records and follow up with training actionsInitiate employee engagement strategies
Profile
5+ years HR experience in UAEDegree educated with a qualification in HR (HR degree, CIPD, SHRM etc)Dynamic and self motivated attitudeStrong team work experienceARABIC speakers onlyManufacturing or production experience is essential (knowledge of HSE)
